Microwave
• First pierce wrapping but do not completely remove.
• Microwave your meal on high for 4 minutes.
• Allow to cool for 2 minutes.
• Microwave again on high for 2 minutes to reduce moisture.
• Ready to serve and enjoy your meal!
Oven
If you would like to serve multiple meals at once, defrost and oven heat.
• First defrost your meals overnight.
• Preheat the oven 180°C to 200°C degrees.
• Remove wrapping from the meal.
• Cover the meal in foil.
• Start checking meals after 15 minutes in a preheated oven.
• Approximate heating time is 30 minutes, however different meals will heat in different times. Test centre part of a meal to see if its heated through.
We offer same day shipping Monday to Friday until 4:30pm for next day delivery.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped out first thing Monday.
PUBLIC HOLIDAY ORDERS
We do not ship on or prior to Public Holidays.
Good Friday & Canterbury Anniversary Friday (2nd Friday in November). We do not ship on the Thursday prior to these dates.
All other NZ Public Holidays fall on Mondays.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED
You will receive an order confirmation shortly after placing your order.
Expect an email when we print your courier tracking label and place your order in our freezer. It's then picked up by our friendly courier driver for next day delivery.
PICK UP ORDERS
Expect an email when your order is ready for pick up from 10 Whitchurch Place, Harewood, Christchurch.
Pick up times are Monday-Friday 9am to 5pm.
