SHIPPING POLICY

Rural Deliveries

We are unable to deliver to rural addresses.  By placing an order and entering your address you are confirming that your chosen delivery address is NOT RURAL.  We will attempt to confirm that your address is not rural prior to finalising our order list however if your order proceeds into production and it is discovered that your address is rural we will ask you to provide an alternative delivery address.  We will not automatically refund orders that we cannot deliver to because the address provided was rural.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed at the time of placing an order and payment being made.

We are unable to make any amendments to orders after this time such as swapping a meal for another meal, cancelling the order or holding the order.

As we use a third party logistics company, we cannot dictate the delivery time your order will be made as this is dictated by your local drivers route.

If your delivery is lost, damaged or unreasonably delayed we may offer you a remake, credit or refund depending on the situation

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

  

Damages or missing product

If you received your order damaged, or missing meals please contact us at shop@asianaffair.co.nz.
